This is the Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”) of Caring for Angels Charity (CFA), who is headquartered at P.O Box 561, Winchester, MA 01890. This Privacy Notice is for public disclosure and to inform CFA website visitors and other third-parties how CFA may use data obtained from them.

CFA collects Personal Data including, but not limited to, the following information: full name, address, email address, phone number, certain cookie and network identifiers for country geo-location, and applicable payment information via the Site’s Paypal portal. CFA collects, uses, and discloses Personal Data as outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to operate the foundation, and to perform and improve the services, namely to inform interested parties of upcoming CFA events and to report event outcomes or CFA milestones.

2.2 How and When We Collect Personal Data

  • When you register for a CFA event, apply for a CFA grant, or donate to CFA by mail or via the Site.
    We collect Personal Data when you use or interact with our Site and services, including when you register with us for Golf events, or make charitable donations to CFA. We will store the Personal Data that we collect from you in the course of these interactions, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information.
  • When you subscribe to the CFA Mailing List.
    We collect Personal Data when you communicate with us or sign up to receive information, including full name and email address.
  • When we leverage and/or collect Geo-Country Location. We collect certain Country geolocation which is illustrated as Red dots on the Site’s global Visitor Map.

2.3 How We Disclose Personal Data

We may disclose your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Notice, including:

  • To Service Providers and Vendors.
    With vendors, we provide full names only for Golfers, or Golf Event attendees who have gluten or sulfite intolerance or food allergies.

You may at any time withdraw the consent you provide for the processing of your Personal Data for the purposes set forth in this CFA Privacy Notice, provided that we are not required by applicable law or professional standards to retain such information.


We will retain your Personal Data for as long as long as you are registered or subscribed with CFA events or mailing lists. We will also retain your Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations. Your Personal Data is for CFA purposes only. It is not shared with other private or public charities, foundations or businesses. Where we no longer need to process your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, we will delete your Personal Data from our systems. Where permissible, we will also delete your Personal Data upon your request.


Our Site may include social network sharing widgets that may provide information to their associated social networks or third-parties about your interactions with our web pages that you visit, even if you do not click on or otherwise interact with the plug-in or widget.
